How to control a sports scoreboard through a computer?

Good day!
The situation is the following. There is a sports scoreboard, a program was installed on one of the computers to control this scoreboard (the name of the program is unknown), now the PC is not working, i.e. does not turn on at all.
Maybe someone knows if there are universal programs for controlling the scoreboard, or maybe there is a standard for interaction between the PC and the scoreboard, so that you can write your own program.
Thanks in advance to those who responded, I will also be grateful for any ideas that will help solve the problem.

Google the name of the scoreboard and look for a control program there.
The scoreboard control protocol was not standardized :)
