How to connect xiamomi smartphone with monitor?

I know there are smarts with support for mhl technology, which allows usb-hdmi directly. Here in my redmi4 there is no such technology. I also know in nature there cannot be a usb-vga adapter, because this is already a video card in fact. But is it possible to do the following?:
- buy an external video card wi-fi-vga (hdmi, dvi, dp)? To smart on a waffle on a stray-vidyuhu screwed to a monica?
-or just an external usb-vga video?
Purpose: smartfo-usb wire-video card-wire to monica.

I would buy a miracast whistle (it is fraught with a lot of Chinese, but in general it works) or a chromecast and drove a picture without wires. I hope the monitor has an HDMI input?
