Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 AM4 BOX

Can't reach the Ryzen 7 1700 at all? So, it's not much more expensive.
I can’t say anything, the fee is like a fee. But I wouldn’t buy MSI, but this is a personal opinion, I don’t like MSI bios at all.
Fine.
Never buy power supplies that end in *cool.
Memory is selected from the QVL of the motherboard or from the bulldozer and only because DDR4? Well, not more than a couple of months ago, two Goodram modules stupidly did not start up on one MP, but they worked on another. In general, if you choose memory not from QVL, then there is a chance of encountering a similar situation.
Hard drive: WD Blue 1 TB
SSD: Kingston A400, 120 GB

Damn, well, such bundles used to be relevant when SSDs were expensive - that's when they took a multiplication bundle from SSD for the system and HDD for everything else, agreeing to the inconvenience of having two disks and still running games from the HDD with all the shortcomings. But now a 500Gb SSD costs 4000 rubles, or even less, and what for is a noisy brake HDD in this situation?
The usual cheap box, which I personally did not deal with. But from cases of an inexpensive price range, I can advise Deepcool Tesseract BF - a good inexpensive case. I assembled several mid-budget computers in this and have no complaints.
Why two? For blowing in and for blowing out, I suppose?) For blowing in, a fan is not needed at all and even harmful, with this configuration, one exhaust fan on the rear wall of the case will be enough.

Why not the seventh Ryzen? Take the seventh.
And the SSD would be bigger if you plan to put games there, if not, this one will do.

Look at the assembly here https://man-made.ru/configurator/ on the right. I think it's the best for your budget.

How many people, so many opinions... sometimes you want to be advised to tweak something, in the end it turns out that the final budget swells by 20-30% right in front of your eyes. Simply because it is better to take something newer and stronger. Here + 3K, there + 5K ... and the initial amount grows
