How to connect ws2801 led strip to Raspberry PI 2 Model B?

Good afternoon,
I'm trying to connect an LED strip to a Raspberry PI 2 Model B to create an Ambilight clone.
I can not understand what the problem is, in the wrong connection or a faulty tape.
I ordered a tape based on the ws2801 scheme like this black:

Installed on Raspberry OSMC (former Raspbmc), installed hyperion with a test config
Connected the tape to Raspberry as follows

But the tape does not respond to any commands via hyperion-remote, while either only the first LED is lit in blue, or the first few no more than 10.
What could be the reason? what can you try to do?
