How to make epson printer connected to raspberry pi print?

Hello.
I can’t get the Epson l110 printer to work, I didn’t think that there would be such a problem with the connection.
I'm not a big linux connoisseur, and therefore it seems to me that I have been knocking on a closed door for the second day.

What has been done:
1) Installed cups
Result - the printer is not detected
2) drivers are compiled and installed from sources
Result, when trying to print something
"/usr/lib/cups/filter/epson_inkjet_printer_filter failed"

There are no details in the error_log.

The obvious problem is that in fact the sources contain the already compiled dynamic library libEpson_201207w.so.1.0.0 which is built for x86. Right

hereThe Indian writes that he managed to assemble all this under ARM6, but he can’t get in touch with him.

Actually the question is:
Is it possible to find somewhere the code of this libEpson_201207w.so.1.0.0, or an assembly for ARM.
Or maybe there is some other way to use the printer in linux, bypassing these drivers?

Try downloading the sources from here . Unfortunately the direct link doesn't work. In any linux supported by rpm-packages (suse, mandriva, alt) it is opened by Midnight Commander as a normal archive file and can be copied from it.
