Leave Android Studio alone. This environment is tailored for Android development in Java. Unity only has C#, Boo, and JavaScript. Unity already has a development environment - MonoDevelop. Just click on the script a couple of times with the mouse and it will run. If you want to run the game on Android, then this is done by simply building the Android version of your game.
