What mind-map program to use on android and windows?

Hello.
Recommend a normal mind-map drawing program for Android and Windows.
The main wishes
are pictures for the elements (well, put a daw there or something).
- Save to the cloud or drop in the ball (anything, in fact).
- Client on windows is free.
I tried several, the main disadvantages
- no pictures
- The Windows client costs a lot ... a lot, I won't give that much.
- The normal Android client is also not free.
So far I've tried the following:
- simplemind (the most intelligent, the license costs only 300 r android, the license for the computer costs a hell of a lot, but in theory it can save to third-party maps like freemind)
- mindly - some kind of incomprehensible and not quite direct mind map)
- mindmaster - a license for a computer costs a lot, it's not very happy itself
- mindget maps - a license is expensive
Maybe there is some kind of program that is free (cheap), and there is a client on the computer and all that?

Look towards XMind on Windows: www.xmind.net
On Android, I came to the conclusion that there is nothing sensible. I use Workflowy, but it's more of a tree than a map. There are no cards :)
