How to connect Ubuntu Server 15.04 to Wi-Fi using WPA2-PSK?

I'm trying to make friends with Ubuntu Server 15.04 with Wi-Fi.
Executing the command:
sudo iwconfig wlan0 essid MyNet key s:mypassword
Leads to the error:

Error for wireless request "Set Encode" (8B2A) :
    SET failed on device wlan0 ; Invalid argument.

What could be the problem?

Guys, how to connect WI-FI to the server? The adapter through PCI costs. But I do not understand how to connect to the network without a graphical interface.
