How to connect two tablet motherboards?

There are 2 tablets: one is weak, but with OTG support, the other is more powerful, but without OTG support. How can you connect two of their motherboards so that the weak one is responsible for OTG and the powerful one for everything else?

combine over the network, i.e. by waffle.
As I understand it, you need to transfer the connected USB flash drive to the second tablet - share it through samba, nfs and the like and connect it to another.
