Why does the motor from the HDD, launched through the LB11880, make a rattle and does not spin?

I start the motor from the HDD (4 pins) according to this scheme:

The motor makes a noise and does not spin. I tried to randomly change the conclusions of the motor, sometimes I came across a combination when it barely turned 10 degrees and again continued to make a rattle. Is it an incorrectly assembled circuit or incorrectly connected motor leads?
And during these rattles, the microcircuit is very hot.

Pusho is a stepper motor and it needs a driver. Where did you get this diagram?
A rattle and a small angle of rotation grit that something is connected wrong and power is supplied to the same outputs of the motor.
Here is an example circuit for a specific HDD spindle (DRV11873 chip):
