How to connect two computers to one local network via mobile communication?

Computers (Linux RHEL7) of the same local network are located in different places, and are connected to the Internet via mobile communication (Wifi phone).
How can I establish a connection between these two computers to transfer files via ssh?

I tried a GRE tunnel connection, it would be ideal, but apparently GRE does not work with mobile phones :-(

Thanks a lot for the replies. I will try with WireGuard. I did not find how ZeroTier is installed.
I installed WireGuard only on RHEL7.8, lower versions conflict.
Haven't been able to try yet
