How to connect to rpd shadow session?

When trying to connect to a user session (same machine) with a shadow session, a black screen with two bars appears. The connection parameters are specified in the policies, a request of the mstsc /shadow:1 /control /noConsentPromptUser type is logged out. I am attaching a screenshot.
