How to connect to postgresql which is on port 8080?

Hello everyone, I have a site on nginx on ip and on ip:8080 apache and postgresql
I go to the admin panel through ip:8080/pgadmin4
since I specify
host: ip
port: <5432> to connect
so
host : ip:8080 does not work
like this too
