How to connect to MSSQL server from terminal on OS X?

It is necessary to connect to the MSSQL server to receive a response to the request, which would then automatically process the result.
So far, the best solution I have found is freetds+pymssql. But for some reason pymssql reverses the md5 value, you have to decode it separately.
Plus I'd like to do without python.
