Hello. Such a problem, there is a host. I'm trying to upload Django, I need to connect via SSH to port 22, it doesn't work. In support they say that the questions to the provider. I assume that port 22 is closed by the provider.
Here's what I'm doing:
TELNET 'host ip' 22 - connection failed. Everything is fine on port 21.
I tried it with a PC connected. to the router directly.

Then I tried it from a laptop, but I already distributed the Internet through my phone (mobile). And everything connected well.
Question:
If the provider blocks the port (?), Is it possible to bypass it somehow?

Today we had a fascinating long conversation with the same specialist from DomRu. Everything was decided by replacing the router, MerckisAS12 was at hand
