Multi-device work environment?

I often switch between my computer and laptop. Both have Windows 10. I usually work in sublime text 3 via sftp and ssh(putty).
And when working, it happens that you need to leave and continue on the go. Do you have any ideas how to implement uploading files that were opened on the computer and connecting ssh to the laptop, or even ready-made solutions?

tmux/screen on hosts under ssh, local files except through cloud storage.

If I understand your task correctly, everything about ssh is solved using screen
