How to connect to FTP using windows?

There is a site with ftp and so on. How to create a folder in which all files from the server will be uploaded and if they are added there, they will be uploaded to the server. The same filezilla, only using windows (well, or other programs, but then I need to be able to just drag files from the folder to sublime text and edit them there and save the plugin for sublime text is not suitable)

Look in the explorer menu for connecting network drives.
Directly in the folder most likely will not come out.

With Windows tools (without add-ons) this is not possible, as far as I know.
