Hello! Knowing the hosting and some of its crashes, I would like to know - I almost regularly change something in the files in FTP, and the backup of these files, for example, for the 20th day of the previous month.
Question: is there a utility / add-on, etc. in order to automatically backup to, say, Dropbox? I use FileZilla or Transmit (Mac). Knowing that FileZila is an open source project, I would like to know if it is possible to implement what I described?
Or is it already available online?

If this is a shared hosting and the hoster makes backups once a month, then I'm sorry, you have chosen a bad hosting, to put it mildly. Adequate hosting makes daily backups for shared services. And you were forced to engage in such a perversion. Contact their support to clarify the relationship.
