How to get an archive from windows to debian?

There are two servers:
1) the domain controller on 2008r2
2) the backup server on a debian The
question consists in the following. How can I take an archive from a Windows carrier, using minimal third-party software, by mount type and then pick it up in a container. But mounting, as I understand it, is only for a ball, and the archive is not a ball. How to knock on the vindovoz and pick up the archive?
PS I am from a backup in the domain.

Second, don't access $_GET directly - use Yii::$app->request
Third, it's not clear what the error is. Look in the browser console, and the debug panel in yii. Maybe you just have the request url set incorrectly? Use Url::to() https://www.yiiframework.com/doc/api/2.0/yii-helpe...

Run a portable http server on Win2008 and download using curl or wget.
Run a portable ssh server on Win2008 and download using scp.
Submit using netcat. The program is also used without installation.
Do you have access to the win-server and the rights to run third-party software in general?
