How to connect to devices behind a router that is an l2tp client?

Please tell me how is it easier with such a network organization from any client of the Mikrotik L2TP server to reach the devices that are behind the Mikrotik L2TP client?
So far, such thoughts have come:
1) On the L2TP server, register a static route as a gateway using the client's L2TP address
2) or configure EoIP between mikrotik-mikrotik
