How to connect to a virtual machine if I changed its IP?

Hello!
They set up a machine for me about 5 years ago, like KVM on Centos. On one machine, I accidentally (not really) deleted the IPADDR in /sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 and possibly something else because DHCP doesn't give out an IP. I came across that you can connect virsh console, but after the message:

Connected to CRM domain Escape
character: ^]

Nothing happens. Can you please tell me how to connect to the virtual machine to revert back the changes? Thanks
