The task is to launch the game on a remote computer and play on a laptop.
Teamweaver and other programs are not suitable, there is not enough FPS.
What are the options for this task?
PS Internet channels in both places are good and stable.

Through the Internet? No way.
Not enough speed, network delays are large, and the amount of traffic is decent. Especially if you're using a VPN.
You can do it on a local network - Microsoft has support for this in RDP, but it's not always possible to make it work, and it doesn't work perfectly.
