How to connect to a local computer via the Internet?

Hello.
Let's say there is a computer with a white IP 10.10.10.10 - it is like a gateway for the internal network 192.168.0.0 (it has 0.31).
through windows explorer \\10.10.10.10\ - I will get to the gateway. And how can I get, for example, to 192.168.0.12 from the Internet? That is, on the local computer.

\\10.10.10.10\ you are connecting to the computer using the Windows shared folders protocol .
with a certain skill, it can be thrown out through the router. but protection was brought into the protocol very late, so it’s better for them not to shine on the Internet.
The best option is to set up a VPN connection to your internal network. and through it go to the shared folders. access will be well protected from intrusions.

10.10.10.10 is not a white address. What service do you want to use ?, forward the port to the gateway to the outside.
