Know where to buy shtaut closer and cheaper.
Seriously, then - assemble / disassemble pieces of iron with your eyes closed, diagnose breakdowns in hardware both with a tester and by indirect signs (or by sorting out components), be able to quickly search for any unknown nonsense in Google that users asked, be able to work with that software , which is used in the enterprise to advise users, wash, shave, dress so that people do not scatter.
The next step is to be able to get correct bug reports from users according to the scheme "What did you want to get? What did you do? What did you get? Why do you think that you didn't get what you wanted?" Well, in general, be able to diagnose user problems (be able to debug the network, for example).
Everything else depends on the administrator with whom you will work. Maybe he took you because he's an introvert and doesn't want to approach people at all. Or maybe he dumps in six months and during these six months you will need to learn everything that the admin can do.

If an enikey worker means a junior administrator who is not yet able to work without supervision and is sent to do "boring work" - then he needs to know how not to break the system and be able to use Google. The rest you can learn to hike. As you learn, immediately go to another company as an ordinary administrator.
If it means a person who deals with the problems of desktops, then this is a completely different position, no less difficult and sometimes even more paid than an administrator. Hardware jambs, installation and configuration of all operating systems that the company has, sociability, basic knowledge of networks, the ability to work with corporate software and much more.

Installing the OS, entering the domain. Setting up mail clients, MFPs.
Active Directory base, install ADsnik on the virtual machine, play around.
Understand what a network is and who acts as the default gateway in it, why DNS servers and how the same AD depends on them.
