How to connect to a 1C server from the second subnet?
Good afternoon!
1C server is installed on Windows Server 2008 R2. Client-server version of work. The server has two network cards. One network card looks into the 192.168.10.x subnet, and the other looks into the 175.18.39.x subnet. From the 192.168.10.x subnet, users quietly log in and work, and when they try to log in through the second subnet, the following message appears:
server_addr=tcp://SRVA:1564 descr=192.168.10.3:1564:10060 (0x0000274C). An attempt to establish a connection was unsuccessful because there was no response from another computer, or an already established connection was terminated due to an incorrect response from an already connected computer line=849 file=.\src\DataExchangeTcpClientlmpl.cpp
Waiting for a possible launch.
When the opportunity arises, the launch will be automatically performed.
Firewall and kaspersky are disabled.
Why does he give me a description of ip 192.168.10.3, while I specify ip from a different subnet.

Let's start with the fact that you made a nightmare in terms of security.
Network 175.XXX.XXX.XXX - Internet? Do you have a machine with 1C looking at the Internet without a firewall?!
