Write your own driver for this screen to work under Windows.

There is no video input / output. From the viewfinder matrix via TTL protocol in percent and from the processor via TTL to the screen matrix. TTL is a protocol for working with a raw data stream specifically for such simple low-power processors as in a camera. Of course, there are TTL scalers, but they are many times more expensive than conventional monitors.
And according to the layout - disassemble, find the designations on the screen or its cable and "ok google (ebay / aliexpress) designation"
About the bw screen - definitely throw it away, there proprietary for this particular model and parsing the protocol will cost at least hundreds of times more expensive than standard diy screens

It is so problematic to display a picture on such a screen - they are old, it is difficult to find documentation for the protocol, it usually will not work with it using ready-made MS - you need MK and programming.

This is a specialized screen that has nothing to do with screens for viewing video signals.
the most reasonable thing is to buy a Chinese monitor for a thousand rubles. if we are talking about hdmi, then the screen will cost a little more.
