How to connect soundbar to PC?

I bought a JBL soundbar 2.1 for a TV (HDMI), I wanted to connect it to a PC as well.
The PC has a SOUND BLASTER Z sound card with an optical SPDIF interface and other options.
I see two options:
1. This is a purchase and a neat broach of 15 m of optical cable along the plinths.
2. Buying a Bluetooth 4.0 usb whistle and connecting a sound system through it. The option is cheaper and easier.
Hence the question, will there be a difference in sound, and how critical is it for a person with a non-musical education?

You are assured that you will pull on money 15 meters of optics???
good quality from dozens, and three mowers is bullshit, a marriage of 50%.
and you can’t bend the corners - it won’t be on plinths, but porn!
bluff and forget about the quality, anyway, judging by the distance, your computer is somewhere on the side, how are you going to listen, out of the corner of your ear?
pay attention to the kits, there ALL subwoofers go exactly by bluetooth !!! and expensive kits ...
when I wanted a good sound on my computer, I bought monitors (active speakers), like in studios))) the price is 12tr per piece. next to a 27" LCD monitor look perfect!!
