How to connect remotely to a PC without a static ip?

There is a raspberry. I want to do ftp on it to connect from my phone. What are the possibilities of remote connection without a static ip?

1. You should check with your ISP if it opens ports for dynamic IP. That is, it gives a white IP or not. For example, MGTS does not allow outside IP access to the router. At least how you set it up. There are those that do not block at all or block common ports like 25. There are those that provide such services separately, usually combined with the "Permanent Dedicated IP" service
2. If a static permanent IP is not given, try different DDNS services in succession. Perhaps you even have a built-in plug-in on your router, use that one. Such as NoIP, DynDNS and others can be configured in most home routers. In this case, instead of IP, you will use some dns-name.
3. Forward the ports you need inside the network from the router. The easiest way is to fix a permanent internal IP to the device, for example, by MAC address. And then Port Forward or Port Trigger on the router is configured with a few mouse clicks.
