How to connect portGo with a browser?

There is a task to connect portGo with the CRM system.
1. By clicking on the phone in the browser, substitute this phone in portGo and make a call
2. When there is an incoming call to portGo, open a tab with the caller profile in the browser, or an empty profile if a new client.
I thought about writing an extension for chrome that will contact portGo, but I don’t know how to get into the program.
I will be glad for any advice

Does he have a "Protocol"? in skype you can call via the link skype:nick_loggin?call
