There is a need to connect several USB microphones to skype for simultaneous work, please tell me how can I do this?

Why do you need to work on several usb microphones at the same time? Do you want to connect a meeting room to video communication?
Skype can take sound from only one input, so there is either a software mixer (virtual sound card) that will collect all this into one mixed stream and give it to Skype or ordinary line microphones + a hardware / software mixer and again a common stream to Skype.
