How to connect KX-UT123 to PBX Panasonic KX-NS500?

Hello,
I can't connect KX-UT123 to NS500 ATC.
I will describe the situation that is available:
- PBX KX-NS500 - firmware version 004.10075.
- PBX and kx-ut phone in one vlan (connected to 1 switch). They ping each other - everything is fine.
- the appropriate licenses for kx-ut series phones (KX-NSM510) have been purchased and activated on the PBX.
- there is a third-party DHCP server on the network, the network settings arrive on the phone, everything is OK (I tried to use a static ip on the phone, there is no difference, it still does not register).
On the problem:
- if I use the V-UTEXT32 board, then I can’t get registered in any way - on the phone screen there is an error 90001 (connection error 90001 check server and set it).
I read all the possible manuals that I managed to find on the net, I can not get past this error in any way.
- I tried to use the V-SIPEXT32 board (which I use for third-party Yealink SIP phones), registration goes well, without errors.
Question:
- poke your finger into the sequence of connecting this phone to this PBX? I tried both manual mode and fully automatic, error 90001.

for the correct operation of this device, you need to enter NOT a number, but a login from sip in the "Phone number" field
