Good day, dear colleagues.
I ask for help with setting up ATOL 11F.
So the initial data, the server with 1C - RemoteApp + n-users. 1C as it should be in the latest version and in the latest configuration - everything is updated, everything is licensed. There is a user with ATOL PTK-11F (windows 10x64 license) installed, local ATOL drivers (versions 9.07 / 8.12 were tested from the official website) - the test passes locally. Therefore, the device is working (when turned on, the test comb prints).

The problem is, 1Ska does not see him in any way. The drivers built into the 1C configuration and externally downloaded from the ATOL website were tried:

ps With absolutely identical settings to the windows version and ATOL drivers, but another ATOL PTK-11 device works perfectly. This excludes the rejection of forwarding com to the server.
