How to connect Jbl charge to supra STV-LC50ST910FL TV (connected via hdmi to laptop)?

When you connect Jbl charge directly to TV, it does not bring any result. They said it seems like some kind of adapter is needed, or an adapter.
UPD: The TV has a SCART input. Will it work if I connect Jbl charge via SCART-miniJack adapter?
