How to connect ISPManager5 to the site??

There is a server on the home network, by IP 192.168.1.20, I installed CentOS7 and ISPManager5 on it. There is a site name My-Site.ru
and I want the ISPManagera panel to open on it.
My-Site.ru/my_manager or My-Site.ru:1500/ispmgr how to do it?
Now the panel opens, either by IP or by the external IP of the provider...
When I try to open it by the name of the site, an error occurs that the connection is not secure and chrome is blocking access... how to remove it?
The domain name itself has a Lets enscript certificate...
