Why is there no Let's Encrypt log in the panel?

Issued a new certificate for the domain. But for some reason it doesn’t work, as you can see on the screenshot, the log button is not even active, so you can’t see what’s going on there.
What to do? How to diagnose, how to solve the problem?

I just checked it myself, when I try to get a certificate, a log opens immediately. Still on a self-signed certificate.

Hello.
If you can't solve it yourself, write us a ticket with access to the server where the panel is installed. We will check why there is no log.
