How to connect in a different account on your computer via rdp?

Hello. There is a Windows 7 Professional system. Rostelecom static ip address: 37.79.202.104 Created 5 accounts with simple access and a password. You need to connect to these records through an administrator account. I did the following:
1) Set up a remote connection:

2) Allowed a remote connection through the firewall:

3) Set up a router, forwarded ports:

But I can't connect, even from another computer. What do you advise?

@huwesu

If you do not have a server, but a workstation - and it is, since you have a simple Windows 7, and not Windows Server, then the system simply will not give more than one session at a time.
When connecting via RDP user - the current session is kicked out of the system.
This is solved by third party software. For example, ViTerminal.
