Is it possible to bind users to specific terminal servers?

Interested in the possibility of binding the user to a specific server. That is, so that users accessing 10.10.10.1:3389 with their credentials get exactly to the server that is assigned to them. As far as I understand, this functionality is provided by RDBroker and the RDP farm. Is it so? I'm also interested in the opportunity to close this whole https business.
