How to connect from OpenVPN client?

On the router, I raised the VPN with a normal connection in WIndows7, I just specify the login and password and everything works fine.
How can I connect to the same VPN from the OpenVPN client?
I read that in the config folder you need to create your own config Please
give an example of the simplest config for OpenVPN

The VPN (aka pptp) that you set up on your router is not OpenVPN at all.
The OpenVPN client is used to connect to the OpenVPN server.
The PPTP client is used to connect to your VPN(pptp) server.
