How to connect facebook comments correctly?

Good day! Please tell me how to connect the Facebook API for comments?
I created my application on facebook and did the following.
I went here https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/comments
Then I generated the code and pasted it on the site. Everything is as instructed.
After I need to enable comment moderation.

And nothing happens, but judging by the pictures, a link with for comment moderation should appear next to the comments. I just need to close the comments on the page, leave a couple of things and close. There is nothing in the settings of the application itself. I kind of added comments, they are written, but in the admin panel of my application on facebook, I can’t find where it is and how to moderate it. I found it only on the page https://developers.facebook.com/tools-and-support/ , I chose my application, but it says there is nothing. Tell me how to put them correctly so that I can moderate them later?
