Renaming the Facebook app name?

Hello everyone, please share your experience.
We had a service called surveybot (a bot that collects feedback).
Later we decided to rename the service to BorisBot.
We switched to a new domain, everything changed, except for Facebook. They (facebook) write that the name does not meet the requirements. Moreover, they do not say what kind of requirement the name does not fit.
My guess is that the name BorisBot is too generic. The title needs to be corrected.
