Greetings, please advise a service that allows you to:
Part #1: just post to several sources
a) facebook/ok/vk groups
b) telegram
c) twitter
Part #2: upload videos and make an announcement to the above. Upload to:
a) twitch
b) youtube
What do you use?

For the first part, I can recommend a service that I once used - Hooppy .
Telegram is not there, but the developer is quite sociable, I think he will add it at your request.
