How to connect Ext Js 7.1 via cdn?

I installed the Ext Js startup project via npm, but there the devil will break his leg in the project structure.
In general, it is not clear what is going from where and how to work with it.
Therefore, at first I want to simply connect via cdn.
Anyone suggest a link? Nowhere found.
And normal materials in order to understand this framework. There is nothing on the web.
