How to connect CCD camera to TFT via TVP5051AM1 and microcontroller?

I want to make a rear view camera for a car. There is a camera, but it drives an analog PAL / NTSC signal. There is a TVP5051AM1 decoder that digitizes the signal. I can not understand in what format (more precisely, how to work with it) a digitized signal is issued. Tell me where to look and what to read to understand. If there are examples of working with TVP5051AM1 and MK, it would be very cool to look at them.

I read the tvp5150am1 documentation , the YCbCr color encoding format and the ITU-R_BT.656 stream format itself .
