How to connect Avaya 3641 to wifi network?

Good afternoon! I've been fighting with wifi for a week now with an Avaya 3641 phone. There is an IP Office 500 v2, an AVPP voice traffic prioritizer, and the handset itself. Access point wifi Cisco 1702.

• Wifi network parameters: WPA2-personal, with pre-shared key set.
  
• The phone is configured for this network with these security settings, has a manually set IP address, the AVPP address is also indicated there, and IPO 500.
