How to connect android phone to windows?

How tired of dancing with a tambourine in Windows. New problem: I can't connect my mobile. It seems like half a year ago I set up all these administrations, handed over to myself (how unexpectedly) the reins of the system. But now it seems like some kind of organization is driving. Masons? Illuminati?
Of course, I understand that I'm far from a system administrator, my knowledge is limited to installing hardware and software on a computer. But how do you sometimes understand what Yabloko pays for - you bought it and forgot about the problems.
What to do, gentlemen? how to dance with group politicians now? Googled Microsoft support, so there the person was advised to simply roll back the system (to what?).5f80ac57b4c25633006161.jpeg

You connect the phone to USB and everything works.
And in your question, behind complaints about life, the essence of the problem is missing.

on sassung c android 10 it's:
settings -> advanced features -> connect with windows.
But in general, Microsoft writes that I support only Samsung Supported devices in the "Your phone"
application or try this application

Definitely, this is the point:

It seems like half a year ago I set up all these administrations, handed over to myself (how unexpectedly) the reins of the system.
By default, none of this is required. What, where and how you forwarded there is unknown. Now understand - what did you set up for yourself there.
Support advice is correct - roll back the system to a state where you have not climbed into it yet.
It's always Microsoft's fault!
