Bulk purchases of equipment?

In general, I wanted to somehow unify and create the same jobs (meaning technology).
But I don't know where to look and with whom to talk about it.
You need to buy the same laptops, and if suddenly some employee needs more powerful ones, you can order the same appearance but with a different filling (for example: it is desirable that all laptops be at least i3 and 6 gigabytes of memory, but designers are more powerful and ssd for example).
It's the same with mice and keyboards and headphones and so on.
Ukraine.

A universal scenario: take any major supplier / integrator in the region, call by voice, ask to switch to the corporate department.

It would also be good to clarify whether there are service centers in your region that will service your purchased equipment under warranty.

We have chosen Dell as the desktop and server brand, OptiPlex workstations started with 330x, now 3020 Micro are being introduced, just over 100 machines, some 330 OptiPlex faithfully served 8 years. You can buy warranty service from Dell. Well, the choice of a supplier is already a matter of telephone conversations.
