How to connect and configure Compass under Angular 2 Webpack Starter?

Hello! I am setting up a project for development on the second angular.
I decided to use Angular 2 Webpack Starter as a launching pad

I don't know how to add a compass to it to use macros, variables and functions from this library in template layout for components. I found in the description of the kit how to download the sass loader for compilation, but in general there is no information anywhere on the compass and its installation in the Angular 2 project. I haven't dealt with the compass before, and perhaps there is an easier solution to use it in a project than to implement it in the boot configuration, etc.
If someone has experience of connecting a compass to a project on the second angular, please share the information.
