How to connect an ADSL phone with RJ-11 to a router via Ethernet RJ-45?

I plan to replace the router from the Internet provider with my own. The provider provides telephony services using SIP technology. Internet and telephone go through the fiber from the provider's station to the router. The provider's router has POTS RJ-11 connectors through which the phone is connected. The router I'm planning to replace on has no such connectors, only RJ-45 Ethernet, and the phone (Panasonic KX-TG8041) has only an RJ-11 connector for ADSL/DSL. Is it possible to somehow connect the phone via RJ-45? Or do you need to buy a VoIP phone anyway?

@SionFE

this is a regular 'telephone' connector, it has nothing to do with adsl/dsl (in the sense that the phone itself is analog in nature)

it is better to operate with communication standards, rather than connector types. in this case, the RJ-45 connector on the router is ethernet and such a phone cannot be directly connected to it. it will probably be easier to either buy a sip adapter or a voip phone
BUT you better consult with your provider, because the purchased phone or converter that you buy on the advice on the Internet may simply not work with your provider's equipment
