How to connect all branches with the head office into a single network?
Hello. There are several branches in different cities of the republic. You need to connect to a single network via vpn. At the moment, a vpn server based on windows server 2008r2 has been raised. RRAS. Clients connect to the vpn server, but they cannot access the local network and the vpn network environment does not show clients. Please suggest some options to solve this problem. The task consists in that that all computers of the organization were in one network. Thanks in advance

The network environment is evil. Turn it off and forget about it. All file resources must be clearly nailed to the servers with large nails, and the users must be available either through a shortcut on the desktop or through a mapped disk, and only from the servers - no connections between workstations.
As for VPN - it's kind of pale on Windows to do it somehow. Screw servers generally outside it is better not to expose. Collect tunnels on Unixes or on iron routers, such as Mikrotik.
It is better not to add networks to one L2 domain - it is unsafe and difficult to manage. It is better for each branch to its own subnet, and to steer on the central router, to whom where you can.
One? :)
Or all the same, so that everyone has access to all computers?
If in one, for example, 192.168.0.0/24, then this will not work.
If you want access to all computers on different networks
192.168.0.0/24
192.168.1.0/24
192.168.2.0/24
And so on. That is possible.
1. We make the main server and the rest of the clients cling to it.
2. We resolve routing by branches, from the server 192.168.0.0/16.
3. ....
4. PROFIT.
No one will do it for you, so just start by connecting one branch.
And then the second and third. . .
