How to connect a webcam (usb) to a router and get an image?

Good day!

There is a usb webcam (the best quality available on the market) and a mikronik RouterBOARD 951Ui-2HnD router. The USB port of the router is occupied by the Yota modem.

Tell me how to connect the camera to the router so that you can get an image on a remote computer connected via the Internet to the router? What devices and software are needed?

Using a USB hub for a router is possible, but not desirable.

Thanks for answers!

1 In order for me to try, I would put a usb-hub (out of 1 usb makes as much as I like), if there is not enough power, you need to buy with an additional power supply unit to take it from the outlet.
2 I would ask the experts who did this, there by voting, who will vote the most for a certain issue, they are working on that issue.

instead of the best USB camera, it was necessary to buy any IP camera (if there is no wi-fi, and the USB camera is definitely grazing at the router, then the IP camera is even cheaper), the settings are simple and pre-provided software for viewing via the Internet is available

Probably won't work without a usb hub. if by points, then
1. You need to install the openwrt firmware on the router
2. Transfer the firmware download to a USB flash drive so that you can install additional programs
3. Install and configure the mjpg-streamer or motion programs
Here is a detailed description of how to connect a webcam to the router
